First, there was 30 min phone interview with standard quesstions, like why you want to work there. Then they give you Math and logic test that you must do online.

Applied via LinkedIn, after around a week was sent a test task with several standard questions about myself, why I am applying etc. There were also three different scenario-questions. After couple of days I was invited for a Skype interview. The guy was very friendly, made small talk for a bit, the conversation was going light. Another person from Russian HR was listening, but didn't ask any questions.
