      People Operations Interview

      16 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Wrike

      Interview

A 6 stage process in total. - Interview with recruiter - Interview with hiring manager - Panel interview (3 people) - Detailed case study - Case study presentation (2 people) - Interview with VP In each of these interviews, it was apparent that their questions were written by AI, with the language being unnecessarily complicated. All of this for a position that pays under the market value, and the only feedback I received was 'We've decided to move forward with other candidates at this time'.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m really sorry to hear that the interview process felt long and that our communication, especially around feedback, left you feeling disappointed. We looked into this internally and can confirm that we have not made any hires, nor had an open position, in Thailand. Even so, we truly appreciate you raising these concerns, and we’ll take your feedback on board as we work to improve the candidate experience. We know that a multi-stage interview process can feel demanding, and your comments about the communication, interview experience, and compensation are genuinely helpful. Thank you again for your honesty, and we wish you all the very best in your job search and future opportunities. Wrike TA team.
