I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (El Segundo, CA)
Interview
The interview process consists of three interviews in total: one phone and two in-person. The phone interview was standard to get a feel for what kind of person you are. The first in-person interview was also pretty standard, going into a little bit more detail about you as a professional and why you want to work at the company. The second in-person interview is a little bit of a curveball, but it was a welcome departure from the normal interview style. All of the interviewers very professional. The scheduling of the interviews was very prompt. I did not have to wait more than a week to be contacted about scheduling the next interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (El Segundo, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Three Interviews:
1st - Phone interview (pretty standard)
2nd - In-person interview with take home assignment due 24 hours later
3rd - Presentation to group (had to pretend interviewers were a company and had to pitch Wpromote to their company)
It was a really cool interview process. After I was offered the job, I really felt like I had earned the position and had done well. You have to prove yourself. It's a really great experience!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask a lot about your experience; They ask questions during your presentation (sometimes hard questions that you won't know the answer to in order to see how you do when put on the spot)
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (El Segundo, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Phone interview: 20-30 minutes
First round: 40-50 minutes, interviewed with two directors. Follow up with writing sample to show writing skills when communicating to a client
Second round: Mock sales presentation and 45 minute-long interview with senior director and two directors.
The mock presentation was challenging and somewhat intimidating, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. I've never had to do a writing sample or mock presentation like I did for this interview, and I thought it was a great way to showcase the necessary skills for this position.

Question 1
How would you use digital marketing to improve your client's brand?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (El Segundo, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
1. Phone interview with someone in HR
First round:
2. In-person interview with a couple of people from the department's hiring team
3. Writing assignment
Second round:
4. Mock sales presentation
5. In-person interview with the department's directors
The interview process was very thorough and thoughtful. The writing assignment and presentation allow you to show off strengths that may not come across in the interviews. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional, yet they showed that the company welcomes personality.
