The interview process consisted of a phone interview, shadow day experience, and final zoom interview. It was very organized and professional. I had a great experience and interaction getting to know the staff and company values.

Question 1
Have you ever made a mistake? What did you learn from it?
HR calls you to set up an interview time with you. It is first a phone interview with the HR personnel and two other professionals of that company. If passed the phone call interview, HR will email you for a shadow day at the hospital to see if it is a good fit for you and them. On shadow day, you are there following a nurse for about 3 hours. Afterwards, they interview you again to examine if you are interested and vice versa. This included two people from the clinic and four others through zoom. Afterwards, they set up a final interview with 8 people for an hour.

Interview
I was initially contacted for a phone screen. Once i completed the phone screen I was asked to come in to meet the CEO and a 2nd interview with the CFO. The interview was very comfortable and felt more like a discussion on the future of health care. The excitement the CEO felt about his company's future provided me with an energy and a desire to work with the company.
