This interview seemed quite intense between candidates compared to my other assessment centres. It was a group of 10 candidates for the one role, we were split into two groups to conduct a case study group task. I think the topic could have been explained better as we were all given cards but we thought we were different companies instead of; each candidate had different avenues to improve and growth one particular company and we had to decide between ourselves if we will pursue different avenues with our budget. Additionally, all feeling the nerves at the beginning this confusion probably wasted 10 minutes. Anyways, throughout the day was as expected and staff were friendly. I wish they were more enthusiastic to share what they do but it was a long day. Lastly there was a 25 minute presentation, at the very end of the day. By this this time, everyone was tired, they don't expect you to talk the full 25minutes, 15minutes minimum.
I liked how they did this assessment centre on a Friday. However, I found compared to my peers that I had to travel significantly far (Scotland) while others at most only travelled 2 hours.
