3 stage interview process. First get to know about the candidate and suitablility for the role. Second coding challenge. Third design, coding and competency. Interview difficulty level is not theoretical rather practical hands on in core Java

Question 1
First Round project detail and candidate experience discussion. Based on suitability second round was conducted. In second round a coding challenge with pair programming. TDD, Junit, Mockito, Logging etc used in the coding challenge. Java collections are helpful for solving the problem.
4 rounds - screening round, 2 technical round followed by managerial round.
Technical round was to know about technical expertise as well as current project understanding. I am angular frontend developer, so questions were based on micro frontend architecture, latest angular features like signal, standalone components etc. Technical rounds were of fair complexity.

Spoke to the hiring managers and got a reply saying I passed the interview but had to wait for a week or so. Guess what, they just ghosted until I found that they rejected me on their workday dashboard. Please stop wasting candidates time and giving false hope.
