I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WorldFirst (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
They are very discriminatory in their application process - in terms of gender and race. Despite being qualified for the role and previous experience in product management, they failed to take me or my candidacy for the position seriously. They rejected my application twice - so I applied for a junior position. I asked for feedback to understand why my application wasn't taken further, but I received nothing.

Hello and thank you for feeding back to us.
It would be helpful to arrange a call to clarify your comments, as our product management interviews have not yet begun.
If your applications have been rejected at the screening stage, detailed feedback would not routinely be provided due to the volume of interest we receive. I understand this can be frustrating so you’re welcome to contact me directly (details below) and I can explain why your application was unsuccessful – I can assure you in advance it would not be due to gender or race.
Kind regards,
daley.pritchard@worldfirst.com
