Interview was only one step and very laid-back. It was mostly a casual conversation about work experience, available hours and my interest in Craft Beer. The rest of our time spent was a general "get to know you" conversation.

Simple, customary interview. It took a bit of time to receive a call back from the manager to schedule the actual interview but once interviewed the hiring process was swift. Everyone starts at beer school in the International location upon being hired. This takes two weeks.

I went in to apply in person and the application came with a quiz. I'm not sure if the quiz was something they use instead of an interview sometimes, but he hired me after reading my quiz. No interview.
