I applied online. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund
Interview
After submitting an online application, I scheduled an online (skype) interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes most of which involved the interviewer describing the position and the other candidates that had already been hired, then stating that the position I applied for doesn't really exist anymore. I felt that speaking about other candidates during the interview was a bit unprofessional and didn't really leave an opening for me to talk about my skills or experience.

Interview
Two interview rounds. First one with the Manager, second one with the Manager and the Director. The whole process took about a month and a half. Interviews were conversational but need to demonstrate technical knowledge for the role I applied to.

Interview
30 min. phone (not video) interview. They did not reach back out with the decision and ghosted me for several weeks. I found out through a form letter that the position had been filled.
Overall the interview process was straightforward and basic , an introductory call with HR and follow up calls with members of the team. Application process was straightforward and questions were easy. Recommend
