They always put a help wanted ad in Craigslist. You have to call in and they tell you when to go in to fill out an application. Afterwards you are taken into the office for the interview.

My interview was pretty much a quick review of former experience and and education. No technical questions or questions of any kind. It was quick and to the point.
At the end I was asked if I could start next week?
