I applied online. I interviewed at World Federalist Movement
Interview
There was only one interview with two people from the team. The interview was simply focusing on my past professional experience and some personality traits and career goals. There were no technical questions.
The negative part of the process was that they never contacted me after the interview. After not hearing from them in three weeks after the interview, I sent an e-mail asking about the decision, and they never replied to me.

Interview
Submitted resume online (could also deliver in person since it's a small organization), was called in for one interview. They answered any questions that I had. When I asked how long the decision process would take, they gladly provided an estimate, which was accurate, and were open to follow up questions.

After receiving an email about confirmation of the internship application about a week after sending it, a time and date was set up for a short telephone interview. In total, the interview did not take longer than ten minutes. The internship offer came up at the end of the interview.
