Re-recorded the interview answer a couple of times as I had three chances, the first recording might have been better than the recording i submitted in the end. The first try is the best guess, it felt more real, thought it would better if i did it again, but it didn't feel as real.

Very long, poor communication, disrespectful admin staff. The process was long and they never stuck to deadlines they had imposed on themselves to inform you about outcomes after each process.

It was straightforward and very short, but a digital interview. It all happens so fast and you can't redo it. I definitely think an in person interview is more relaxing. It's more biased to people who are screen shy.
