Skype interview, applied online and they contacted me via email after three weeks to set up the skype interview, average interview and I had a positive experience with them. Did not get the job but they liked me and I am doing consulting for the world bank now.

Panel interview four panelists. Three technical questions and one hr type question. Short answers and then a second round where they follow up asking for more details. The interview took place online.

Interview with 4 people based around the world including administrative person. Each person had at least 2 questions with most questions coming from the manager. Questions were technical in nature but also included at least one round of questioning on soft skills.
