The interview process was well structured. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much easier for a candidate. I received thoughtful feedback after both the first and second rounds (very appreciative). That level of communication speaks highly of the whole team. During the technical discussions, the interviewers were supportive and gave clarifications when appropriate, which allowed me to demonstrate my thinking more clearly. Three stages (ignoring any automated screening): (1) HR review of work history, (2) technical/culture interview with hiring manager and teammate, (3) work sample, presentation and collaborative discussion. All done remotely (submit work sample to a code repo). Great discussions and feedback from the team and HR, thoroughly enjoyed the process.
