Interview
Typical interviewing process. Initial phone screen, then bring you in to meet the managers. Very simple and nothing elaborate. They essentially want to get you talking and the quality of the conversation you have with them is how they gauge your sales skill and personality. I don't think they did a background/reference check. Its very easy to get hired there. Just have a college degree. Having some kind of customer service/sales/inter-personal experience is almost a guarantee that you'll be hired.

Interview
I had a phone interview and an in-person interview in Toronto. I met with the team supervisor, as well as the manager. They both seemed to like me & basically told me that they'll be moving forward and will be getting in touch with me about how to move forward. In the next few days, I heard nothing. I called the office many times to get in touch with the manager, but he never picked up my calls. Instead, I spoke to another employee (who told me she'd pass on my message), but I still did not hear back.
It was obvious he was ignoring my call, as I had called numerous times, left voicemails, and also an email. Highly disrespectful for the company to treat an interested employee this way. If they didn't want to hire me, they didn't have to lead me on during the in-person interview. The least they could've done was communicate with me that they moved on to another candidate.

very easy going, very friendly people. the work place had good vibes and music playing. They brought you in a room to go over what a recruiter does and than the sales manager came in and explained more about comapny
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workbridge Associates (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Workbridge had a great interview process. There were two interviews total, where I was informed about the Recruiter and Account Manager positions. The interviewer broke down the compensation for me and got to know me personally. It was a relaxed, but intentional interview-they made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, I decided that recruiting wasn’t the best route for me, but interviewing with Workbridge was a great experience. They seem like a great company with admirable values and very friendly people.
