I was called at their office (after about 30 minutes phone interview) for another round of informal talks to their team. That initial phone interview was for the position that they never cared to reply back about the status. During my visit at their office, I was introduced to three persons and had another round of informal talks about my experience with previous companies. Later their boss called me to set up interview for company xyz. I had talks with the hr manager of xyz and it went well. As expected, workbridge boss called me to setup second round interview.
