The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WorkStride (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
I initially interviewed for a position for which I was definitely under-qualified (I knew this going in, but my recruiter thought I'd be a good cultural fit). Everyone I spoke with was really friendly, direct, and honest. I didn't do great at the whiteboard in the technical portion, so I wasn't surprised when they let me know the next day that I needed more experience for that role, and that they wanted to keep in touch. Unlike other companies I've interviewed at, they were really awesome about communicating and didn't beat around the bush or make me wait weeks for a response. I was pretty bummed because they were exactly the kind of place I wanted to work. About 6 weeks later, I got a call and was invited to come back for another interview, this time for a more junior role. I had an unofficial offer in a day or two and an official one a week later (which all happened during Christmas break).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a several basic Java/Spring questions and then wanted me to build on one of the questions from the online assessment I took before the interview. Then they asked another more basic question about searching for characters in a string.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WorkStride (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
asked question exactly the same as those in the job description and qualification. Your choice is to answer yes or no. No use to introduce your past experience. Told you the result at the end of interview.
