Way too easy of an interview, actually should have questioned how easy the interview to job offer came and thought twice before accepting the position. Met with the manager at the time for a brief interview, spoke to another current CS member and then a quick check-in with HR and then boom, the process was done and offer in hand in less than 72 hours. Salary surpassed me expectations too, between that and the interview process it should have been an immediate red flag to double check the company and leadership reviews.

Got a call from Recruiter where he explained about the nature of job and work culture. First round was Technical Round which was conducted through HireHunch. The interviewer given by HirHunch was not skilled enough to take an interview of solution architect. He had a list of questions probably sounds like a GPT generated. And he was blindly following the same. Without any discussion on design or any cross question. Interview experience was pathetic . Never had such a bad experience.
