I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WorkForce Software in Apr 2025
Interview
Had a phone screening with a recruiter back in April, was told I'd hear from her by the end of the week but never heard from her again. Then in July, I heard from a different recruiter about setting up interviews. Proceeded to have two interviews: one from the manager asking about my background and experience and the other was a technical with a software engineer.

Question 1
In the phone screen: What is a linked list?
In the technical: Linked list related.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WorkForce Software in May 2022
Interview
Started with 20 min phone screen. Basic background, simple technical questions(think "describe encapsulation").
Then single 3hr block of interviews, all remote. First technical interview with LC Easy. Then behavioral, then solving an actual bug in real code, simple but applicable to day to day work and a bit tricky. Similar to LC Medium difficulty.
I really liked the interview process. If every SE interview was like this, the industry would be way better.

Good interview, nice people and very insightful and asked relevant technical questions. Organized and get the impression that the company is very inviting and cool for employees. Still interviewing so no offer as of yet
