Telephone Interview - I was told I knew a lot about the company and did my research well, yet when I asked the interviewer a company question, they didn't know what was talking about and said they had to research it. Design Task - I was told to design something that would help their business model (BIG MISTAKE) which I did and presented a few variations Face to Face Interview - Was asked generic questions and didn't get to go through my portfolio. Overall I didn't get the job and have now seen my work from the design task advertised on their website!! But I'm not surprised as I was told in my rejection email that I had helped them complete another part of their journey. I was also told I didn't know anything about the company even though I was complemented in doing thorough research initially! Advice: avoid this company they will just steal your ideas and use them as your own!!
