I was required to take an assessment, as well as curate an essay response explaining how I relate into Work Sharp's core values, as well as provide examples of my work. The person in charge of my application only responded once a week in a 30 minute window. It took 3 weeks of responding providing what they asked for before I was ghosted. I have made multiple follow ups and have been ignored each time. In this day and age ghosting a potential employee is completely unacceptable & unprofessional. It takes 30 seconds to write a 2 line email saying you're going in a different direction.
