Applied online and waited for an offer for about 2 weeks - said I was interested in deli/bakery role on a Tuesday, by Wednesday I was booked in for a short phone interview and was asked about my availability and told about the role, was also told that they wanted me to come in for an interview the next day at the store (Thursday). Was interviewed by a manager and it was super chill. There were no stereotypical ‘why do you want to work with us’ questions but instead there a focus on my availability, experience and school life. Overall, a good experience - was told I would hear from them the next week, but instead they contacted me 2 weeks after the interview,offering me the role.
