The application process began with an online psychometric test and then selected candidates were invited to complete a video interview. For this particular role they were not running an assessment centre so successful applicants were then invited to face-to-face interviews. This interview included a 10 minute presentation, followed by Q/A about the presentation and then followed by 20 minutes of behavioral questions. We were given approximately a week before the interview to prepare for the presentation and the topic was provided by Woolworths. The interview was conducted by two Woolworths employees who were very accommodating and made the interview process less stressful.
