Phone Interview, asked questions about personal goals and how much you knew about the organization. Also about the NSW planning system....also what experience you had, and some examples of how to deal with difficult customers and what you did to action their concerns/requests. External hobbies were also discussed, and then some, what would you do in this particular circumstance type questions
