Easy , ask about dealing with difficult situations, weakness, strengths. They asked where I think I should be in a year at their company. Very nice very friendly. They did preform a background check k prior t employment and explained the woods card as well.

The process was fairly quick on getting back to me and they offered me the job at the end of the interview. The lady who interviewed me was very friendly and nice.
