Interview
Online interview which went well. I was hired officially almost a week later, which was expected. I was excited to get the trainee part because it was my first job after graduating from my Social Work degree. I love the training which gives you so much prospective rather than just entering into the work with no experience.

What in your experience is the hardest to overcome when working with youth
One informal telephonic interview and two formal interviews afterward. Interviewers were talked in a friendly and professional way. They answered all my job-related queries and I was very comfortable in meeting them the first time.
