I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wooden Angel Restaurant
Interview
I emailed my resume and was told to call and schedule an interview. I interviewed with the owner and a manager. They asked about my previous experience, my availability, my desired hours, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wooden Angel Restaurant in May 2008
Interview
The owner, Alex, scanned my resume and asked a few questions and explained job duties. Recieved e-mail that I was hired within next few days. While I didn't and don't want a full time job at the Wooden Angel (my friends are near Pittsburgh and this is in the opposite direction), anyone who wants to be a server starts out as a service assistant. You bus, pour water, help carry out meals, set tables, set up for parties, and do a little set up and clean up.
