the interview took almost 2 hours long. they briefed the workings of Sourcer and then asked few questions from that briefed subject. They also took basic English test. And taught lots of ways do use the Google search engine to find the best sources.

Had to answer a few basic questions, entire interview was conducted online, aptitude and skills tests were given as well as tests for critical thinking, problem solving, reading comprehension and grammar.

A very detailed test with different categories such as critical thinking, language, and some math. Some questions are difficult, and worded confusingly. Then you take quizzes on how to complete the job after reading literature on that. Once you pass they send you 3 practice jobs to do. It's an extensive process.
