      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer

      Interview

Overall Experience: Negative Process Duration: Excessively Long Outcome: Unsuccessful I initiated my journey with Wolters Kluwer by applying online for a position that matched my skill set and interests. After a month-long silence, HR finally reached out, indicating a need for a written screening—a step I completed promptly, assuming it would propel the process forward. However, what followed was a series of delays and disorganization that left me questioning the efficiency and professionalism of their hiring process. Two weeks post-screening, I was scheduled to converse with the hiring manager, an interaction that raised more concerns than it alleviated. The discussion felt disjointed, with the manager appearing unsure of the precise qualifications and technical skills the role required. This was disconcerting, to say the least, as it gave the impression of a lack of clarity and preparation on their part. The subsequent weeks mirrored the initial stages of the process—marked by silence and a lack of clear communication. Ultimately, my application seemed to disappear into a black hole, with no update, feedback, or closure provided. This lack of professional courtesy, coupled with the drawn-out and disorganized nature of their hiring process, has led me to question not only their sincerity in finding the right candidate but also their overall professionalism. In conclusion, my experience with Wolters Kluwer was far from satisfactory. The prolonged process, coupled with the apparent disarray in their approach and lack of decisive communication, reflects poorly on their organizational capabilities. While I remain respectful of the company's standing in its industry, this experience has, unfortunately, tainted my perception of their internal processes and professionalism.
