I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
4 hour block of time. 1 hour sessions with other managers and team members. This was a very thorough interview and gave me a very good sense of the company. They asked me very thought provoking questions about what I would bring to the table. They were looking for change agents. Also gave me a tour when we were done. They responded with their answer very quickly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Irving, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
Scheduled for 3 hours. Hiring manager(Director of Software Development) took first slot. Very abrupt personality. He texted during interview either to see my response or because he needed to text. I'd say the style was meant to be intimidating to see how I would react but not fully sure of his motives. A little odd though on several levels. After this first slot, the HR recruiter said interview was over that I wasn't right person. So be prepared for a little unprofessionalism like this. The development floor was open and folks seemed to be enjoying their work though on a positive note.
