3 stage. negative experience. first 2 rounds they hype you up. final round basically get their job done in the form of assignment. Not sure of the entire company but GDO heads use the interviews to get their months worth of job done and rejected all people and hire a friend from the university the entire group is from and not let any outsiders in.
