Interview
From candidate experience perspective this was one of the worst interviews I have been. Applied through internal referal and the experience was great until the interview.
The first call was no interview but an interrogation. No time for discussion or long answers, but rather quick questions back to back without room for anything. Felt like the recruiter was in a hurry and not at all interested in interviewing. There were no introductions at any point of the call. Instead of discussion about the company values or experience - it was all about KPI's and numbers. The interview left me feeling extremely underappreciated and like it was burden for them to have me in their process.
It seems like the driving factor for the company are numbers and the values have been tossed to bin.
The recruiter promised to get back in a few days, but I decided to drop out from the process before that. I would never want to work at a company that treats their candidates like trash.

Interview
Very long and over-complicated. 5 rounds of interviews. 1 with a recruiter, 2nd with a head of TA, 3rd with a different head of TA and a director, 4th with another head of TA and a different director, 5th with a head of department. Seemed to be overly focused on DEI practises rather than hiring the right people for the job. Most of the people didn't look away from their screen as though they were reading from a script that they'd never seen before. They seemed to have a specific answer to their questions in mind, then disapproved when you didn't give it.
