Thanks for leaving us a review on your interview experience with Wolt, we really appreciate it, yet it sounds like everything didn't go perfectly this time on our end. We're really sorry for the negative experience you've had with us.
We wanted to take this opportunity to address a few of the points you've made in your feedback. Our interview process generally consists of 5 steps: call with the recruiter, 1st interview, home assignment, technical interview and final interview. We appreciate that this takes some time and effort to go through, but we feel confident every stage exists for a valid reason. Not only are the steps there for us to ensure good fit between our role and your skills and experience, but also for you to get enough of an understanding about Wolt. It's always a two-way decision, and we want to ensure you have the chance to meet people from different areas of Wolt to make up your mind on us as your potential employer too.
Even more so, we're sorry to hear you did not receive the kind of feedback you were expecting from us, since we strive to be transparent about our hiring decisions. Without knowing your particular situation, there isn't much we can offer to do to help here directly, so my advice would be to reach out to your recruiter, to receive more constructive feedback on how the decision was made in your case since it sounds like there was some ambiguity around this.
