Applied online and got an email from a Cree recruiter to schedule a phone screen. He then cancelled and had to reschedule. The phone screen was pretty quick, mostly about past experience and what I'm currently looking for. He promised to email an e-screen but never did, so I finally emailed him and he said had forgotten to email it. About 2 weeks later, I received an email from the hiring manager saying that he wants to follow up and wanted to schedule a phone call for the next day. We set a time and he called about 30 minutes late. The hiring manager was arrogant and asked highly technical questions. He disagreed with one of my responses but would not listen to my argument but rather kept asking additional questions. He then proceeded to describe the position and I pretty much gave up when he told me that he expects people in his group to stay at the same position with the same duties for 5 years.
