Interview
The process was extensive, but really allowed me to get to know the team and determine cultural fit. The screening interview was followed by a series of conversations with stakeholders from across the business, including senior management and engineering teams. Finally I was able to meet with the hiring manager and executive team in person to discuss a 30-60-90 day sales plan to showcase my approach. The team was very open about the company, allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and made it clear that they are looking for folks that can contribute to the growth of the company and satisfaction of customers.
Overall positive experience.
