Interview

This is the type of language school that is constantly looking for new teachers. So just go in and schedule an interview. The beat times are just before december and june because that way can begin working at the beginning of the semester. My interview went well they will just ask you things about your self in English. And then administer an english proficiency test. ABC answers only. Very easy. I got an email telling me when the training was and that i was accepted for the job. The only problem i had that i was very angry about was that they dont tell you your salary until you begin actually working.

Anunciaram via internet que a vaga seria para promotor de vendas, exigia experiência em vendas e ensino médio. Chegando lá a vaga era para prospectar alunos nas ruas, ou seja, panfletar...
6 horas diárias, salário mínimo, trabalho externo, não oferece vale alimentação, existe meta a bater mas não oferecem comissão.
Só fui perder meu tempo.

Realização de um TOEFL sozinho dentro de uma sala, tendo que fazer o listening, writing e speaking no final, o rádio estava com uma qualidade muito ruim, tive bastante dificuldade de entender o diálogo com os ruídos, na qual eu precisava para fazer a parte do listening.

4 dias longos indo na unidade até no final ser desclassificado por motivo tosco.
Eles te treinam picado e no final tentam juntar tudo, oq não dá certo.
Por mais que quem te treine esteja querendo te contratar a pessoa que efetivamente irá fazer o seu contrato só vai te ver em um dia específico, e mesmo que tenha demonstrado garra nos outros 3 dias no quarto dia esse coordenador pode simplesmente te eliminar

Entrevista tranquila, com perguntas profissionais em inglês. Nenhuma pergunta pessoal ou psicológica. A maior parte da entrevista é para falar sobre a metodologia da escola que é bastante diferenciada das outras.

Interview

O processo seletivo foi bem agradável. Primeiramente conversei com a coordenação a respeito do que me estimulou a querer trabalhar na empresa, falamos um pouco do meu histórico pessoal com o estudo de idiomas também. Em seguida, fiz uma avaliação escrita e depois oral para eles avaliarem o meu nível de inglês. Por último, conversei em inglês com a coordenadora sobre alguns temas. A experiência foi muito boa!
