The process involved around 3 rounds — an initial HR call, a technical interview focused on NLP and chatbot design, and a final round with the hiring manager. The scheduling was quite last-minute; I received interview invites with less than 24 hours notice twice. Overall the process felt disorganized and communication was poor.

A lot of rounds, first with the user, and then the ceo, after that hiring process. Tend to be very impulsive schedule, they can ask for interview today suddenly or maybe -1 day before, have no clear timeline on the hiring process
