Clear, fast, and productive - the employer presented the interview process from the very beginning and there wasn’t more than a 3 days gap between stages, and if there was, it was directly communicated.

Interview
There were multiple stages of the interview process for the Customer Care Expert role in Wix. Cat was really excellent from start to finish of the interview process. Cat kept me in the loop constantly, and I never felt lost throughout the process. It was my first major interview, and I've got to thank Cat for making me feel at ease and calm, I was quite nervous before it all.
