I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Withers & Rogers (Sheffield, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
Online application, online tests, assessment day. Assessment day required two written tasks, a HR interview, an interview with the partners, a presentation on the topic of your choice and a group discussion task. Only a small number of candidates were invited to the assessment day and you have lunch with the current trainees. Very well co-ordinated day - there is no waiting around and everyone at the company is very warm and welcoming. It was a really enjoyable day.

Interview
Overall positive interview experience however took quite a while to get reimbursed for travel expenses. Questions fairly easy however many stages including 2 interviews, 2 written questions, one presentation and a group project. Could’ve been better if there were fewer stages and involved a shortlisted second interview as the entire day lasted from 9-5.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Withers & Rogers (Sheffield, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Well structured assessment process. Consisting of an initial application, some online assessments, and a final assessment day.
The assessment day was well planned and structured, and gave you the opportunity to meet current trainees.

Interview
Was asked to complete two assessments - General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) and a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). Then was invited to attend an assessment day at the office where the work would be based (Warwick branch).
HR were super pleasant to deal with, had some questions and reequests and those were dealt with very nicely.
On the assessment day there were 4 candidates at the centre (although we were told this was quite low), and we each went through: an HR interview, some written tasks (one describing an invention, and one - a written essay on IP), a technical interview with partners, a 5-minute presentation on a hobby (non-technical), and finally a group activity with other candidates.
Very pleasant experience overall, everyone was friendly.
Did not receive an offer, but they called back and gave feedback, which was very helpful.
