I had an google meets interview scheduled for Wednesday, the interviewer didn’t show up and emailed 15 minute past the time the interview was supposed to start saying his meeting ran over and couldn’t make it and asked me to reschedule. I reschedule for the next day at 4:00. At 4:15 he again has not joined the call so I email and ask if anyone plans to join. No response. At 4:40 I email again saying I am returning to work as I cannot wait any longer. That was 5 days ago. No response. Super unprofessional hiring team.

Interview
Recruiter clearly explained interview process; recruiter chat, interview with an engineer, and then a "virtual" onsite interview which includes an intro/presentation by the interviewee and then 4 1-on-1's.
Everyone was very nice to talk to and things moved very quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately I did not advance past the interview with the engineer and did not receive feedback from the recruiter after hearing about the rejection.
