I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Wishup (New Delhi)
Interview
The interview process was easy. Got a call from their HR about the job and she set up an interview within 2days. Interview was a video call. The person seemed decent and calm asked easy questions. For about 20 minutes with an assignment at the end of it.
The assignment is how to write an email to a ceo who your client for default in the payment.
They also make you do an assignment which basically they make you do work for their sales team in finding leads for them. Which is unfair. They have a unpaid training period, hence i rejected the offer.
The test limit time is reduced in second, and it was very difficult to write the test in such a short time. They sent me a link for a retest, but it was the same again and again.

Question 1
An English assessment test in which we have to write an email on a scenario given by them
The interview process was highly unprofessional. The interviewer kept asking why I quit my previous company, and very directly insinuated that my dissatisfaction from my previous job could be my own doing.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wishup in Apr 2024
Interview
The interviewer was quite rude. As soon as the interview began she directly asked be about the 3 months gap I have since I left my last job. After answering all the question she told you're overqualified for this job and we'll have to pay you maximum salary which we can offer that's why we won't be able to select you.
