Proceso sencillo con tres entrevistas. La primera donde me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia laboral. Las otras dos fueron más preguntas técnicas sobre mi área. Antes de contratarte te hacen un examen psicométrico. Es un proceso sencillo.

The process was pretty much straightforward and was concluded in 3 weeks at a maximum, they are professional, keep you updated on all the steps, the problem arised at the offer stage, basically the contract has a clause where you hand over the intellectual property rights of every creation you come up with, no matter if it was done in your spare time or if it was created even after you departed the company, this seemed shady and overly aggresive, this ultimately led to my decision to reject the offer.
