Interview
Was very fast and easy. For me, was one phone call, no video. Was offered employment in about 15 minutes of phone call. Very friendly recruiter I talked with (Kari). Was very well informed about the company and and honest about what to expect. Don't be too nervous! They seem to just want to know about your experience in ArcMap. If you have minimal, that doesn't appear to be a deal breaker at all either.

One of my first interviews out of college. Casual and lay back. It lasted maybe 45 minutes. I was asked about my GIS experience in school and any projects I worked on in my internships. It was pretty thorough.
