This initial positive experience, however, appears to be a calculated tactic to draw in senior talent. What begins as a promising engagement with a seemingly progressive FinTech leader descends into a deeply troubling and exploitative ordeal for seasoned Data and AI specialists. The interview process for strategic leadership and specialist roles at Wise is, in my experience, a thinly veiled mechanism for sourcing free, high-level consulting to solve their complex internal bottlenecks.
