I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wise (Tallinn) in Mar 2019
Interview
This was the most chill interview I had ever attended. It was more like a discussion about my background, the position, and my past experiences. Generally, I believe they're more looking for a job-personality fit as they try to assess if you can fit in the company's culture and ethos.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Singapore) in Mar 2022
Interview
Quick and straight forward. Several rounds of interview, online aptitude test followed by another round of KYC questions. Lastly, an interview with 2 of the KYC team. Overall, they were nice and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Singapore) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview was an hour long but interviewers became condescending once I mentioned I am a parent and would appreciate flexibility in working hours. Was not aware that Wise is not an equal rights employer and discriminates against working parents
