      Your interview begins with submitting your application with a resume and cover letter in addition to answering role-related questions. If they like what they see, they'll contact you. I had an interview with Louise & Leon in Tampa, boy are they great! The interview was very solid, they made me feel comfortable and both of them truly are a representation of what this company is all about. I learned about what they love about the company, why they do it, their past experiences and favorite roller coasters at Busch Gardens! Unfortunately, I did not get chosen for the role as I was informed by Liz a week after my interview that someone without a stronger background received the position. I was encouraged to apply again in the future as they are expanding at a tremendous rate!

      Got rejected after an interview with PC, they never respect people to give them a chance to meet their HR in person Via Zoom...ETC , instead you will be asked to go through HireVue where you should be an actor not a normal person and record your response to a five HR questions only for one time which is unfruitful . In addition to 5 written questions related to customer support in banking the questions and the key to solve them is to have a banking background. However their declared requirements doesn't include any experience in fintech domain , which is disappointing for those who have the passion to learn and grow.

      Read the FAQ. All through internet, they used a AI backed tool that can rate people based on their expressions and speed of talking and humbleness or something like that. They did say they do not use the AI part to make decisions for them and that a real person looks at every interview. Homework was right after and I did read glassdoor bud i didnt know to prepare with reading the FAQ in advancce, there is no time finding the answers during the interview process. They didnt tell to go through FAQ as far as i remeõber

      The app I used for the interview was very flexible and easy to understand.IT has an exercise session that prepares you before the interview. The app is downloadable from the play store and you can use it on the mobile phone or laptop.
