After receiving an email invitation for an online interview, the HR representative came across as arrogant and condescending throughout the session. Following the interview, the company went completely silent, no follow-up, no outcome, no courtesy rejection. Ghosting candidates after they have invested their time is disrespectful and a clear reflection of poor workplace culture. Would not recommend applying here.
