I applied online first round was. In that company poor experience. 1)online test 4 programs. 2) second was writing test 3) F2F . In that F2F I applied as a fresher but they are asking as an Experience level questions

Time consuming. The interviewees are asked to wait for hours at the workplace before getting a response about if or not we are even considered. A written test to be passed before the interview. Majority are rejected in this round. They take 3-4 hours to check 2-3 questions.
