Very structured. You are given questions beforehand and the interviewers only ask those questions. Make sure to hit all of the points, you are graded on it. You will need to be able to give examples as well, be as detailed as possible but also keep an eye on the clock because you are only given a short amount of time.

They did a good job of asking how your experience relates to the position. They stick to the 30 minute interview to be fair. They also have you arrive 15 minutes early to be able to review interview questions.
