I have been shortlisted for the interview of Desktop Support Engineer (BCP Compliance project in Wipro addressing global customers ). Being a fresher from non-technical field, it is a good opportunity to place in IT but i have gone through a shocking experience. Interview has completed with no technical question asked.There is only two question, brief about yourself & why you want to join IT industry.
Wipro professional(CCU) should take action against the interviewers as this is not a sign of professionalism.
Wasting time and hope of any candidate should not be done by any interviewers. They should remember that there is someone at their time who give them chance and back them so today they are in a respectable position.
Wipro should take immediate action so this should not happen to any other persons.
